Not sure if you take suggestions/ideas or not, but i'ma lay down my idea anyways.

Ground Occupation
Where there are surface bases on planets/moons.

It's very boring on a planet surface, SPRT is just not enough, all the action is in space, I want action on planets/moons! I want to see more bases on planet/moon surfaces. Including atmos fighters and vehicles that fight from the ground.

SPRT has its own drones and what not when you get close to those 2 bases on the surface, EEM adds even more drones that go out and fight or scout, well, something like that for more factions on a planet/moon's surface.

Modular Encounters has this (as extension mods), EEM would look even more lively with this type of feature.
