though I'd suggest something other than overheal or else it might nullify the existence of the dalokohs bar

-Cannot Be Consumed Or Dropped For Health
This would be ideal for crossing areas where a heavy is normally picked off by a sniper, which is argueably the least fun experience to have while playing Heavy, or playing Medic while following a Heavy. This would allow the Heavy to grant himself immunity to crits, or grant his Medic immunity to crits. This might also be useful against Pyros and Demoknights.

I'm not so sure about this one, it would be really easy to grief with. The heavy is already tanky enough as it is. And the only reason I'd ever use this item is to escape a spawn that was being camped. Maybe to solo an objective.

regenerates HP (like the quickfix) for 10 seconds,
crit do normal damage
and+ 25% resistence to bullets
Cant be refilled by Health packs
and you cant throw it.
Now you have a little pocket medic :3
When consumed: Has a 50% chance of bringing you down to 1 health
Can only be recharged with a Resupply Cabinet or Health Pack
-Gives 50% defence against all damage types for 8 seconds.
-Does not regen. and has to be picked up from another (the weapon drops now) or a resupply cabinet.
-155 Slower movement speed while buff is active.
-gives +10% damage resistance for 30 seconds
-drops a medium health kit
-20 seconds recharge
On alt-fire: Throw it and it heals like a small health pack
-Recharges after 15 seconds
50% chance to make you 30% faster
Cons:
50% chance to make you 30% slower
