Missing textures when joining server
single player mode is fine, join server and ground+water textures are missing
trees bushes rocks and dinos show up fine.

no need, I found the problem lol
The server host didnt download the whole map mod.
They were missing 4 files in the main folder and the whole custom_assets folder which was 1.75 gig

Yep, that's what I wanted to say but anyway I am glad that you fixed the issue. Next time if you see that something is missing that's probably due to bad install of the map.

Issue not fixed yet, waiting on the tech to reinstall. He seemed to be confused thinking I was switching from Primitive plus to Valhalla.
Valhalla map with primitive plus total conversion is what I will be running

Files and folders are in sync but textures still missing

edit:
just tried to delete mod folder and have the server use the new auto update feature
1 file wouldnt delete:
ScotsPine_Desktop2_Atlas_Tex.uasset
will have tech support look into it in the morning.
the auto update is redownloading everything else now

It's still bad install. Contact the tech support to help you out with installing the Valhalla. If you don't mind me asking, can you tell me which hosting you are using?

They installed twice, about ready to give up as every install results in the same

problem file got deleted and replaced, game up and running with no textures missing.

Yes up and running Valhalla with Primitive+ and no issues
