Snow Dungeon issue.
My Tribe mate heard about this dungeon and brought 3 of us with our bears into said place. he got to the Bridge and then fell off said bridge. He survived then had the other 2 of us follow him down. We fell down beat bugs snakes and death and are now going huh?. There are 3 of us with Dire bears stuck down here as there is no way out all, So question is how do we get out or more important our bears out.

There's no way to get them out. Just let them on aggressive and let them kill everything each time. Tame a new ones. That's meant to be like that. Like a death hole.

Or... you could get your admin's assistance.
Unclaim your bears -> admin claims them and teleports them out -> admin unclaims and you reclaim.
Bears rescued.

also, an admin can teleport you and your bear out if you're riding it without needing to unclaim.
