A bus can't go straight on a right turn only bus lane and will leave the bus lane, and a car uses the bus lane to turn right if that is the right turn lane.
basically, the bus lane ends 1 node before the intersection effectively.
While this is mostly wanted behaviour, to prevent streets from being inacessible when you have not changed intersections or intersections reverted due to upgrades, it gives rise to some unwanted behaviour.
