same thing is happening to me :/

Found that this only happens when trying to change to a ship with a different command module that's already in use. eg my ship with symmex core won't "morph" into my ship with a heavy symmex core.

if your using a craft with a diffrent command core it wont switch. in order to switch it you need to respawn and it will switch to the core you used and the ship you made. tested it and it worked for me

nah i mean like wont switch to duplicate craft/build...

hold J to self destruct, youll respawn in the desired ship. with the extra caviat that if the ship you self destructed has 2 cores only 1 of them will destruct, thus performing mitosis for free
