Zoning Idea/Suggestion
Hey man, I'm using nearly all your mods. They make the game much more fun.

I want to know if it is possible to create a zoning brush or draw tool. Actually you can disable zoning in the No Pillars Mod, but, it would be great if you had any way to draw the zoning only where you wanted it, obviously, respecting the rules for snapping and max size of the zoned area. Basically something that allow me to erase the strange zoning from the game and use the area better.

This draw tool would allow to have zones only in one side of the road too.

Cool idea, but such kind of brush is not possible. A better option would be to improve vanilla zoning algorithm. Which is still a really hardcore task.

Is it possible to add an option for left and right side zoning only?
