I can only activate #valour_ru in mods section which change game language to russian. Is there anyway to keep game in English ?

Do you have #valour2 mod now?
Do you have mods\#valour2\resource folder?
What files are located here?

Should be
entity_other.pak
entity_vehicle1.pak
entity_vehicle2.pak
entity_vehicle3.pak
game.pak
texture.pak

Do you have following folder
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\244450\455424236"
?

You may find 'localization.pak' file here. Copy it and paste into "mods\#valour2" folder.

Later I tried running game in safe mode to check wouldnt be there valour_eng or smth like that but suddenly steam pop out a message i have a update which is actually a workshop content. As soon as i download it i will write does it work. Btw thanks for fast reply.

@edit: In library next to game name it say "validating"
