It is your side issue as you have incorrect mod installation.
Try to receive from Seam workshop all mod files by 'mod_update.vbs' script in case an active subscription for the mod.

Script is located in the followig path:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Men of War Assault Squad 2\mods\# v a l o u r
