Add HUD cursor to replace Keen's terrible cursor
Since you have been able to project things onto the HUD, you should be able to project a cursor or targeting sight to the center of the screen where the Keen cursor is. I have recently shut keens off due to it covering up my altitude reading when in my ship and it is huge and fuzzy and white and blocks my view. However, I now find it more difficult to interact with things due having a more ambiguous zone to intereact with things. So what about adding a cursor to the HUD so that you can turn theirs off. Also, I just realized that you have a sort of movemnt lag built in to convey motion which is cool. As a sort of side bonus it would also be a more acurate way to lead a target than the fixed cursor is. It wouln't be perfect as you'd need to do a bunch of math to get it right but it might be better than the current fixed one...maybe. Plus I know you would make a kick ass looking cursor and maybe some optional cursor styles if people want to pick and choose. But really anything is better than what they have now.

I just noticed that you added an artificial horizon with cursor when you are in the ship and turn off keens HUD. I guess I haven't used this in a while since I have been playing on planets and don't wear my helmet so I don't suffocate. With the oxygen bug slowing down performance lately I have shut off oxygen to speed up the game significantly and now I can use your HUD more often and not worry about dying of lack of oxygen. So something like that cursor and art horizon would be cool outside of the cockpit while in character.
