Need Help with Mission 2: how to find a way out, through hyperspace jump??
Hi guys:
In the 2nd mission, I have finished the issues of locations (Kadeshi hyper-withdraw after fight, and I was also detected by evil force). Then it said we have no objective, just collect source and find a way out. So I stay in Nebula and spend a lot of time to collect and unlock things. Finally, it said enemy force intensive and we repel enemy or leave with hyperspace jump (yes I can see the icon of mothership below the screen). However, how to handle this? Normal hyperspace jump did not push the story? It is notable that the mission is still explore the map and find a way it seems. Any bug or I missed anything? Thanks if anyone could help.

Another bug unfixed is that destroy asteroid at the beginning will leave to bug (story did not push on), so I guess whether I did anything wrong with the later part above too, XD

Anyway, I love this mod pretty much and thank developers a lot.

Bottom side of the map, are some stations hidden that you need to find, it took me 2-3 hours of finding them myself XD
The hyperspace jump is more, to get hidden one again to make the attacks stop, cause of your detection beeing to high.

Destroying the roid, sadly softlocks the mission, learned it the hard way myself ^^

Thanks guy, I tried and killed by time limit XD....
Do you have more details? Otherwise I'd rather give this mission up, too costly here.

Thanks I found the Vagyer force (far end, a bit of bottom position). After entering the gate, the game report bug and quit, XD. Seems the next mission is not ready?

i can't seem to find anything other than a massive gravity well that kills anything you send into it.

Can anyone help with this mission. I start mission two and am told to use bombers to attack the asteroid before they hit but none of my ships will attack the asteroid before they hit the mothership.

i crashed frigates into the asteroids. cheaper than using miner missiles

Tried that. When I click on the asteroids for movement they just moved off to the side and sat there until the mothership crashed. Also tried the kamikaze attack with the fighters and it did no damage to the asteroids.

it would be nice if someone could post a walkthrough of this mission so we know what to do or what were missing.

After kadeshi escapes from the nebula you have to advance with the mothership (normal advance without hyperspace jump) to the other end of the screen from where the episode begins, then a cinematic of a vaygar attack opens, destroy the vaygar and then the hyperspace gate is opened by the bentusi and you take the mothership to it and end of episode 2.

This is happening to me as well. Is this some kind of rare bug? None of my ships will target the asteroids.

I have 13 support modules, maxed hull research, and 4 patchers. So far I can't seem to power through multiple asteroid strikes. Basically makes the mission unplayable, am I missing something? Force attack (Ctrl-click) does not work. I have Bombers, Gunships, Missle Frigates, and Flak Frigates. I can't get any of my units to fire at them.
