I have this problem as well. I have reinstalled the mod multiple times, this is obviously a common issue so why is there no fix that works?

my friend got this too, except it said access violation. then continued in multiple different languages.

Maybe try to run vanilla via launcher first, start a match and exit then run mod, delete and recreate profile again. Lower texture size limit in options also help, mine is set at 2048. And some maps are always crash my game, not sure if this is only happen to me.
