in research, when you reach the needed research score you have a msg and both research button and research center button flash

Cheers, not seen that come up even though I get the notification saying I can upgrade the research center. Gonna reinstall the mod and have a play about see if I can get it working. Everything else is fine and I've seen videos showing it in the Special Subsystems tab on the Research menu but it doesn't select for me, either by click or by keyboard shortcut.

Have you reached 100 points of research score? Check the bar at top of your screen, if you have more then 100 and you can't upgrade it well we've a problem.
It was a fresh game or you loaded an old one?

Having the same problem, It says I can upgrate to level 5 but nothing shows up.
I have much more the 100 research points.
A few people on the steam fourms are having the same problems.

I didn't see an update so im guessing something was interfering.

Not anymore, Im guessing something in the background was messing with the game becouse it stopped happening when I restarted my computer,

Also thanks for making the mod, it is awsome :)

It has been my experience that if you research too far past the upgrade available point that you lose the ability to upgrade the research center.

this one remains a mistery, someone other still have this issue?

Just updated to the latest version, sorry for the late reply, found the issue. I wasnt looking on the right tab to upgrade to Level 2 so when I hit Level 3 I couldnt upgrade anymore.

It is still ongiong bug !!!
