I'm very happy to see that people appreciate the campaign for what it was intended to be: something that feels like it fits in with the official maps. I've gotten many comments over the years about the bland nature of the maps and how they don't compare to some of the more popular L4D2 campaigns in terms of innovation and originality. Though I've always agreed with the argument as-is, crazy innovation was never the intention with FF in the first place.
I've always prided the campaign on solid design, good optimization, and overall polish as opposed to having new and unique panic events, mechanics, environments, etc (often times these kinds of things don't work very well with L4D's gameplay loop).
I've come to realize that that's not what most players are looking for in a map though, which is okay honestly. It does make me feel really good though to see that some appreciate it the same way I do.
And as a mapper myself, I fully respect the intention to show restraint. I've played a lot of custom campaigns over the years, and I am in 100% agreement that not all gameplay gimmicks work with Left 4 Dead's core formula. I wish more people realized that.
espero q hagas mas campañas como esta
