personally i use the total war launcher. id have to dbl check but i believe if you dont use the TW launcher you should be downloading directly through the link on the dei page - 2 Part

Go to Rome 2 folder, find one called "Launcher", delete it, then verify game files so it will redownload itself. Should work after that.

still doesnt work, I tried everything... reinstalled, verified for files, but still it just launchs the normal game

I think I provided you with all info, I tried to do everything, even deleted 'launcher' and verified the game files and still doesnt work. I tried to look up what you said but on DEI pahe part 2 there arent any link for downloading a launcher

download it on steam and get rid of any submods you might have the mod works just fine

I'm having the same problem. load order is good. Tried to re-verify as directed above. The game just seems to flat out not see the Mod files.

Check my comment from above, it that won't help, download the mod from our website, since that version has 2-3 times faster load times anyway.

so the mod works except for one teeny tiny little problem, it freezes on the battle load up screen, 70-80% some factions its almost impossible to to have a battle with, while some it works more than others

i did originally have quite a few sub mods and i played for a couple of days with just the odd crash on campaign map and a few battle load freeze and graphical glitches after the battles it would load up,

ive been trying to go through the sub mods one at a time and occasionally it would let me into the battle after i disabled some of them,

anyway the problem persisted and has gotten worse

ive updated drivers seemed to fix it for a bit but ive tried multiple times and keeps freezing
i have deleted all sub mods, still does it
i have deleted and installed the game again, still cant load a battle 80% of the time
ive started a new campaign with just the main mod and still freezing
tried the 3 parts in diffrent orders and tried just deleteing part one and then installing it again, no change
verified files and deleted launcher , nope
ive downloaded the mod from divide site and that did nothing


i cant figure this out at all
