Spike boxes won't load into truck.
Forklift can't load (big) boxes at the weapon factory, so can't transport them for assembly.

I could be wrong, but I don't think that Tier 2 buildings are automatically producing vehicles. I have waited a year and no event has popped up for them.

Every 5 turns you get a Car Load at T2 and every 10 Turns a Tank Load in T2 .

From my knowledge every time a mod updates especially if they are reworking / adding new stuff old saves just break
