My suggestion:
in the original game, the stats move up after a certain period of time, for example 10 seconds after the stats show up, they move up slowly (to go out of the screen bounds) like in the original game, cause i know this does it like that after death in project zomboid, you can make it adjustable after a certain period of time has passed (you cannot adjust the timer when it will start to go up in the original game, so why not do this?)

I didnt even know this was a thing. Mostly because I always just made a new character after dying and never bothered to actually look at the death screen

it does actually exist after all, i remember looking at the death screen and see it go up, i play project zomboid not quite a lot, but yes, it does actually exist, so i can say it exists, i know it does go up after 10 or 20 seconds, i wasnt even bothered looking at the death screen, just die once and wait about some time to see it slowly going up.
