Fixed german Translation
Make sure to set the TXT Format to ANSI.
TXT Format auf ANSI stellen sonst werden die Umlaute nicht angezeigt Ingame!

Yours was basically already right, just showing wrong ingame cause it's Format is set to UTF-8, when it needs to be ANSI for German. :)
