Warrant of Trade suggestion
Could vassals that spawn with this origin be given the "criminal heritage" civic. They should be able to pursue trade with other empires no matter the cost.

Also in the new 4.0 update, criminal heritage converts to "legal" holdings if they have a commercial pact, so they get the best of both worlds!

Also I'd love it if corporate empires can use the warrant of trade origin too. They'd essentially be establishing "subsidiaries" or branch companies.

I agree with the criminal heritage part. I feel a little unsure of the other thing, but I suppose I don't want to limit player creativity. I'll think on it.

On another note... Thank you for reminding me that the forum exists for individual Workshop pages. I should probably use the function for something...
