Update: origins slab in the dogs/lava arena, mini teleporter pad in an open crate in the snowy arena
The 9 Areas:
1. Corrupted Timeline 1981 (Spawn)
2. Vacant River Town 1943 (Usually where you teleport to after turning on power)
3. Trillemarka-Rollagsfjell 2008
4. Black Sky 2187
5. US Marines Bootcamp 1991
6. HellHound Forest (reserved for dog rounds only)
7. Longhaul 2042
8. Code of the West 1898
9. Western Front 1945
- In the "Full Circle" area, there are four boxes you can break that contain telepads you can activate. Once you activate all four, you complete the "Tried & Tested" achievement, which then spawns a blue orb on the telepad in that area. As far as I can tell, at this point, you cannot interact with it quite yet.
- In "Trillemarka" you can pick up a blue Element 115 stone
- In "Black Sky" you can pick up an old clock
- In "Bootcamp" you can pick up a Samantha Music Box
- In the HellHound forest, you can pick up a yellow Element 115 stone (sometimes, appearance may differ as I was only able to find it on one playthrough...maybe you have to "choose" a stone?)
-- Upon further thinking, it may be possible each colored stone represents a certain step in the Easter Egg...blue gets activated and makes the aforementioned yellow and purple stones disappear until that stone's steps are completed, whereas you'd naturally move to the next stone afterwards.
- In "Western Front" you can pick up multiple piles of gold that you can place into a small bucket near the starting room in that same area, which I see is possible to smelt down with "Blast Furnace" from a previous comment above.
- Once I collected the blue stone, old clock and music box, once I was teleported back to "Vacant River Town", I was able to interact with the previously mentioned blue orb that was spawned on the telepad and it became a solid blue gem that could not be interacted with. Doesn't respond to guns, melee, explosions and is not a soul box. I also got the achievement called "Only a Matter of Time".
- After turning the orb into the gem, multiple areas spawned trails of blue lights that you can interact with. The only two areas that I saw them in though so far were "Western Front" and "Code of the West". However, I do believe they might need to be interacted with in a particular order. On "Code of the West", I started interacting with the lights from spawn and all the way to the back left of the map near the fountain and it seemed to work just fine. But on "Western Front" I interacted with them at random and after a few times, all the lights disappeared and did not reappear on the same area nor other areas that I was able to teleport to.
Key sightings that MIGHT be important for this hunt are:
- There's an electrical box on "Longhaul" in a shipping container near the mystery box spawn
- A few electrical boxes on the walls near the mystery box spawn on "Bootcamp"
- Red barrels and whiskey bottles on "Code of the West" that act similarly to the blue gem on "River Town"
- A few black phones on "River Town"
(I only point these out because they seem to be the few truly unique assets compared to some of the others, aside from the fact each area is themed completely different lol)
I genuinely have no idea if this helps or I'm just overthinking things but the map creator did state that this Easter Egg is extremely well hidden and I'd love to put my two cents in to help figure this process out.
The first three locations to which you teleport will have a collectables on them. After you have picked up three, no matter how many more locations you visit, there won't be collectables. That may be why you can't find them. Assuming you don't already have three:
Norway = Near the section with the rock in the middle that you can train the zombies around and around.
Lava = If you are looking directly at packapunch and we call that North, then head Southwest as far as you can into the corner. It's there.
