When using the partial heal medkits, when it gives blood, it doesnt give IVs or IOs from kat, making it pointless as if a unit has IVs enabled no blood will flow, iv Flow can't be altered due to an IV not being preset, you could either make it where the blood amount of a solider is set to be above half if its under a certain threshold, or add the IV/IO into the parital medkit

Forgot this would be an issue. I'll create a work around.

maybe also adjustable values for applications? so it can be set from 8 seconds to 2 or 3, i find it useful for units to be able to change them to fit their needs

Doesn't seem to work, a IV is still not being given when i test it, tested both in SP and MP
