• De Jure Adjustments:

d_krain has been edited: when the Diocese of Illyria is restored, d_krain will now belong to Illyria.

Several de jure additions to the Exarchate of Africa upon restoration.


• Cultural Changes:

The Byzantine Culture Group (Eastern Roman Heritage as in vanilla) is now renamed to the “Late Roman” heritage group. This is subject to change in future updates.


• Imperial Hierarchy Updates:

The Roman Empire Hegemony now consists of only two empire titles:

- Eastern Roman Empire -

- Western Roman Empire -

(Subject to further refinement in upcoming versions)

If a Western Roman Empire exists under the Hegemony, its holder will be called “Caesar” (subject to change)

The Hegemon of the Roman Empire is now titled “Dominus Noster”, not to be confused with the “Dominus” title of the Eastern Roman Emperor.
