Step 1: Enter your game, whether it is a listen or single-player server
Step 2: If it isn't already, enable your console. This is done through your options screen.
Step 3: Enable sv_cheats in console (sv_cheats 1)
Step 4: Enable nav_edit (nav_edit 1)
Step 5: Use the console command nav_analyze, and wait for the map to reset.
Step 6: Use the command nav_generate.*
*At this point, if it worked, you're done! If not, keep reading.
If it didn't work, you likely got a message in response regarding walkable seeds. The fix to this is the command "nav_mark_walkable"
Afterwords, just reuse nav_generate, and that should allow movement.
Let me know if this fixes the problem for you.
Did you use the nav_analyze command first? nav_analyze samples the map to designate the base outline of the navigation mesh. Once you use the nav_analyze command, the map will restart. At this point, just in case, make sure that your nav_edit is still active. (nav_edit 1) None of the commands will work properly without your sv_cheats set to 1, along with your nav_edit. After making sure that both are still active, then use nav_generate. If it doesn't work, copy your console log beginning at the point that you first enabled sv_cheats.
Is it only the tank? If so, post the full message you get in your console after spawning it.
Oh! It's just the tank then? Don't worry, it's actually supposed to behave that way! The tank in this pack is not set up as an "objective" based enemy, meaning that it only attacks, rather than trying to deliver the bomb to a site. As such, the tank will not move regardless of whether there is a NAV mesh, simply because it doesn't have a target.
