Go to the Team Fortress 2 Bots section of the options tab and find the Friend-or-Foe settings. From there you have a wide variety of ways to configure the Bots' targeting, including broad settings for default entities such as players, other teams, and default NPCs. For more granular control, use the Friend-or-Foe editor to specify which entities the bots will attack. Hope that helps!

The bots can be configured to target anything you want using the Friend-or-Foe editor
Sorry, I don't have any plans to add Halloween bosses.
Basically you can code it in so you can make a certain point the cart has to go into, then it figures out where it should go and get pushed to then once it blows up it restarts. This is just a suggestion you don't ACTUALLY have to do it.
Use the Friend-or-Foe menu in the options tab, or turn on ai_ignoreplayers
Make sure to restart the game. Also, if that doesn't work, try disabling all of your mods and run it vanilla, and if that works, then enable your mods one at a time so you can determine which mod is causing the issue. If only the default weapons cause the issue, it is certainly a problem with the models being replaced, which (as far as I know) is only done by GMod addons.
Yes, anything that replaces the original models will break the addon.
