Yeah, uh...
See, that's what I thought. Turns out CS:S playermodels and TF2 playermodels both use completely different animation systems; CS:S seems to layer the animations while TF2 has animations that completely cover the model. This means that it would take extra work to get it to work, though I imagine not much. A bit of extra AI work would also be needed to make grenades work; again, not much.
