thats because the weapons they drop aren't sweps, they are just props

The weapons are ONLY used for the Bots, Not Players.

This is because the Weapons on the ground are not made for the Player.

Currently, weapons dropped by the bots can only be collected by engineer bots for use in buildings. However, if the project gets enough support, I'll be releasing a compatible SWEP pack containing every weapon from TF2. Bots will then drop these SWEPs, available for player use.

Also, Make it so that Bots can pick up weapons drop by the class they're compatable with like Soldiers can pick up Reserve Shooters dropped by Pyros.
