Can you explain further? Did you put the localization file in \S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Heart of Chornobyl\Stalker2\Content\Paks\~mods?
What other mods did you have installed? I will try to replicate this.

All the names of items are named item_xxxxxx_xx like file names is this correct?
