based on my testing starting on the red day, the pain seems to cause the lvl2 pain moodle to appear, disabling sleep. for balancing, can you reduce the pain to lvl1 when wearing any hygiene products/bandage/rags to stop the bleeding. at the current state, spawning on a red day without being able to sleep is quite punishing

also, can you add a brief description on what each phase does, what each hygiene products does (also what different saturation/bloody of the hygiene items does) in the mod description/in-game tooltip?

I will look into that. Currently I simulate period cramps by increasing muscle strain in the groin and lower body area. Right now there's no limit so the pain creeps up to 100 in both those body regions. Currently I'm working on another part of the mod, but once that's done, I plan to do a comb over for QoL stuff like this.
