A UI and resolution distortion issue is occurring in the ideology creation window (both fixed and progressive generation) when starting a new game.

This problem began after updating to the latest version, although it worked fine before. The cause has not been identified by the Hugslib and stacktrace mods. Since the issue itself has been confirmed, I'd like to ask you to check if something in the update is causing this problem.
