There is a known conflict issue with Harmony mode in this version.
A UI and resolution distortion issue is occurring in the ideology creation window (both fixed and progressive generation) when starting a new game.

This problem began after updating to the latest version, although it worked fine before. The cause has not been identified by the Hugslib and stacktrace mods. Since the issue itself has been confirmed, I'd like to ask you to check if something in the update is causing this problem.

It's not harmony. Harmony works by taking the code from this mod and patching RimWorld’s functions to also run the mod’s code (to put it simply). If you remove Harmony or load this mod after Harmony, you effectively disable the mod, because then its code no longer modifies RimWorld’s functions.
