Another thing to make sure, do you use the default 64 bit version, or have you manually selected the 32 bit version in steam? And do you use Windows or another OS?
The purple Bad UI suggests that you have an outdated game version while the mod links to a new icon.
Fixed the first issue of it appearing twice. There was your mod file in my tuning folder, and also in the subscriptions folder. I must have dragged it out at some point by accident. But now its just showing once in the mod list :) Thank you for your suggestion there.
Is this a common bug?
