I tried turning off my anti-virus but that did not work as well. I also tried to play with wireless and that did not work.

hey guys i try everything to get this mod to work again but it still say error code 16. i try uninstall and reinstall my game comes up with the same error code. i disconnect and reconnect my router but error code 16 keeps coming back can anyone tell my why is this happening please help and thank you
