Mounting Unrest Tax Collector
I received the quest which seems to point me towards fighting a crooked tax collector in a village. I have checked all over and can't find him.

Has anyone had luck finding the tax collector?

Press Alt, find the one with exclamation mark.

BTW this quest crashes the game whenever my weapon is gonna hit the enemy.

I found I had to go in the evening for him to be present.

I also had the same crashing problem but the update last night seemed to fix that specifically.

I see how alt shows where they are but have not seen the tax collector
