Anyone else getting crashes on startup? Legit goes like 15 seconds before i get a crash report and i haven't gotten this before

My wishes? I have one suggestion. Instead of the flags on the main character's back, use a wakizashi as an alternative shield. It's a more logical solution.

- The third time, I decided to play the pure Shokuhou mod, but before that, I installed an antivirus, removed all junk from my computer, and uninstalled the antivirus again. I installed the game and the Shokuhou mod, and all I did was use the console to quickly level up some perks. The game crashed after almost the same amount of time as with capturing castles. I uninstalled the game completely.
The fourth time, I installed only Shokuho, and with great difficulty, I completed the same path without any tricks. And around the same time, my main character was a homeless person in a tattered shirt but with 40 samurai. The game crashed. I deleted the game.

Well... Now it's my turn to give a mod summary. Just a reminder. I play on maximum graphics, and my computer loads the mod easily.
- At first, I played Shokuhou with additional mods. The game crashed after capturing the second city. I uninstalled the game completely.
- The second time, I removed the auxiliary mods and left only the stamina regen mod. This time, I captured a city and a castle, and the game crashed after a few minutes. I uninstalled the game completely.

also, when they dont take ages, they dont even load ( mostly in battles)

i really enjoy this mod but the downside for me is that my favorite mod doesn't work (a unknown mod) the mod makes it where my troops can't die but can only be wounded/knocked out in battle.

The mod is honestly quite incredible, still needs fine tuning. Still cant seem to have a normal playthrough, some longer than others, but as soon as one crash happens, it becomes compounding and happens more and more. my latest playthrough it is now every 10-15 minutes so became unplayable

How long are you all waiting on the shaders to go down before closing? Every time I load into a tourney the shaders just sit at 1000+??

To be honest, you should really take inspiration from the samurai armor and helmets of the characters in Shogun 2. Honestly, the samurai in this game are really ugly.

What I see as poorly implemented is that the European arquebus has less damage than the Japanese one, since in real life the European arquebus fired larger caliber ammunition, which meant greater firepower. What I do agree with is that the Japanese arquebus should have more accuracy, as it used smaller caliber ammunition and better sights. Another point would be the armor, since European armor should be ranked among the top suits due to its technological advantage compared to the more rudimentary Japanese technology in terms of protection. But everything else is very good.

Constant Crashing problems when attacking even when set to Medium graphics. Shouldn't have to read a forum post on how to stop the mod from crashing in order to play it.

Somewhat new to conversion mods, do you put this mod exactly in the load order with all other mods after it, or this mod last after all other mods?

No crashes, short loading times (it’s 2025, fast M.2 SSDs are cheap—come on, guys). No lag, high FPS. Only a few scenes drop FPS, but I only noticed it in the pirate hideout. The only weird thing was that some units are naked under their armor, but that’ll get fixed, i hope. Otherwise, this mod is amazing! People with 10-year-old GPUs crying about low FPS shouldn’t blame the mod. I’m running 144 FPS smooth. Shader generation took ~10 minutes—if you’ve got a Pentium III from 50 years ago, yeah, it’ll take hours. Don’t blame the mod for your potato PC, Sherlock.

lords with 1 troops was always afk, looks like bugged

@KilltaN i have the same crashes if u cannot close it with the Taskmanager or otherwise u need so find the task Watchdog with Bannelord Icon then u can use PC again without restart.

I have a question for the developers. The mod keeps crashing and bugging out in various places, sometimes to the point where the only way is to shut down the computer. I have a fairly good PC (RTX 3070 and 12th gen Core i7), set graphics to minimum, no other mods installed. Am I the only one having this problem? Please tell me how to fix it.

@Jace For me personally its only full shader compilation. I can play normally without any issues or crashes, just long load times. But when I try to compile shaders from menu, nothing. :(

Its weird how people are saying the shaders won't work. just installed the mod and everything seems to be working amazing for me. I haven't looked into my mod pack and will agree it took around 3ish minutes to first load into the world. But will say I think those struggling should check out their mod packs!

Finally got to sit to this mod and can agree, stuck on shader issue as well right now.

Kaname, yeah... thats it. Mod is broken.
