Cannot sail
I purchased and built a boat which has a troop capacity larger than my party, but I still cannot leave the port to sail. Anyone else having this issue?

EDIT: I believe I found the reason. The ship's troop capacity also includes prisoners. My ship had a capacity of 60, but it said I had 67 men. 54 troops and 13 prisoners

I am having that issue on certain ports but i havent made a list of the names, try a different port.

im having the same problem, tryed all the ports on the most left landmass (sorry dont remember the name)

im having the same issue, everytime I go to set sail my guy just stands in the water and regardless of where i click to move, he just walks back to the port. I tried this in Edo.

The same is happening to me. I've tried every port in Nankai and just does the same thing where it kicks me back to port

Did you wait out the days it takes to build the ships? the larger ones take about 10 in-game days to build.

You may have had too many prisoners, as they count for seats on boats. I made a post about this but it got buried.

Yes, I waited till my ship was built. I tried under the party limit and had 0 prisoners and all it would do is kick me back to land.

I got 4 war ships and that carries more than enough troops and i haven't had the problems i had when i just bought one trade ship. not sure if they did an update between me having the problem and trying again or if i was just doing it wrong beforehand, but going well over my troop limit has worked for me

I had this issue too, this was the reason for me.

Happened to me too - turns out i had too many prisoners and was over the limit
