I also thought it would be rly funny to just play as a random white guy. The only thing that comes to mind is Detailed Character Creator. It definitely unlocks eye the possible colours and pretty sure hair colour too. But I think you're still gonna be stuck with the monolid eyes due to whatever the mod did to make everyone look distinctly phenotypically Japanese.

Already tried with detailed characters creator but that won't help also you can't change the haircolor with it!
That's a bit disappointing that the mod basically forces you to play as a Japanese

Definitely, thought it could have been a option for the Saikai region considering the Portuguese were still new but active during Nobunaga's life time.
