I've recently had the same issue

Tried swapping out the party leader from near and far, tried swapping, disbanding with new leader. Save and loading
Nothing appears to be working

Their parties are still costing me full wages each day also


If anyone finds a fix for this or it gets patched, i'd love to hear!

Same here. No cheat to try and fix this somehow works, it doesn't recognize the name. This is ruining my playthrough more than the multiple crashes I've got since the beginning. I really didn't want to restart when it's going so well :( I'm loving this mod, despite these. Can't stop playing xD

Alright, i used detailed character creation mod to change the age of the leaders to 100+, they die of age and let the party disband.

Found the solution with console command, I've updated on top if it helps anyone.

1.Press "Alt+~" in game to open console menu

2.Type "config.cheat_mode 1" to enable cheat commands

3.Type "campaign.make_hero_fugitive (your stuck npc's name)"

For example in my case "campaign.make_hero_fugitive Mansuke Ironeye"

You should able to see the npc went regrouping and the stuck should be fix now, as they will reappear in town in a day or two

If you want to disable cheat which is optional after this, type "config.cheat_mode 0" to disable it

wish i had seen this before, way i sorted mine was go to war with town he was stuck in, they soon moved him lol

The problem with this bug is that it affects the AI, if you check the cities, you will find an infinite number of lords trapped inside, so in the end, we will end up with all the NPCs trapped inside the cities.

Edit : Console solution founded

After enable the cheat use following command :

campaign.make_hero_fugitive (NPC's name)

it'll force them to disband and back into main city in one or two days

This worked for me. Thank you. I was about to stop playing cause it is really annoying and weird. I disbanded but it didn't disband then I killed the caravan leader character with cheat then caravan's name changed to my clan name lol. caravan stil exist without leader. finally i got rid of this stupid caravan
