+ Every Killing blow turn the victim into Gibs, Every "Devoured prey" raises user's speed (7.5%) and health points (15) to a maximum of 4 times.
+ If you kill an enemy that has the Eyelander, any of its reskins, the Bazaar Bargain, the Air Strike equipped, Or the Sharkshank you steal their heads (or kills).
- Upon death: Prey, and their bonuses, reset
- 50% Less health
- On Miss: Stab yourself and cause bleed for 5 seconds, imbecile

But what are your thoughts?

So the max health is 63? I dont think thats very balaned with the bleed. Gonna have to only use the cloak and dagger to camp out anyone to gurantee any kills

I have thought about having it be straight damage of 15 but I thought that wasn't punishing enough

If you could use your own bleed to activate the dead ringer this could be very powerful

50% less healh on spy would be a joke.

> -50% cloack regen
> on backstab: produce gibs
> on backstab: recharge cloack
> on backstab: within next 1 second you can cloack instantly and recieve 3 seconds of phasing though enemies and buildings.
My idea was to give spy more powerful cloack, connecting cloacking to a shark aproaching a swimming prey underwater
Wouldn't the handle cut the user too? So maybe the knife hurts the Spy for -10 or -30 Health Points every time it's equipped, in exchange for an overall Damage boost.
