As of release, I'm not aware of any specific incompatibilities, but I haven't tested. I only know it's confirmed compatible with the Unofficial Patch.

If anyone finds it's incompatible with a mod for any reason, let me know here and I'll add it to the list. The parent mod will have to fix their compatibility issues, as I'm refraining from editing XML to maximize what compatibility I can.
