Visible Trigger Boxes in d1_canals_07
The first one is right next to the door where you enter the station full of Metrocops, and it prevents you from even getting into the building since it will not load. It's not affected by showtriggers_toggle or any similar command.

Please update this map to fix it, it's basically unplayable right now.

In ep1 valve introduced .lmp files containing data of the entities on the map. Those files can be used for quick updates overriding some data from the bsp, they are lighter and easier to edit compared to bsp which contain brushes, lighting and the rest of the havy stuff. But if entities in bsp and lmp are misaligned, it all goes south.

In this version of the mod, both bsp and lmp are used and should be identical except for map names and transition links.

If you have some mod with lmp for the map, and it has higher priority, the lmp from this mod would not match the bsp from by mod.

Another theory of how this might got broken is if the update of this mod was partial, the bsp updated and the lmp did not, or the other way around, though I've never seen this actually happen.

Partial update would also explain the transition but on the other map.

Just checked, it turns out re-installing did fix the d1_canals_07 bug
