AT Launchers Rebalance?
So I've been really enjoying this mod, it brings me back to the good ol' ARMA 3 KOTH days. Theres only one thing that I feel is kinda unbalanced - the AT Launchers. More specifically the Tandem / HAT Launchers.

HATs are incredibly powerfull, with 2 HAT rockets you can kill 99% of the vehicles in Squad (the MBTs typically need 3). On KOTH players are able to buy up to 5 of these HAT rockets at a time. And the thing is: they are just too cheap, especially if you're using the money perk. 5 RPG-28s (arguably the strongest HAT on KOTH due to its insanely low reload time), will set you back just $3000. For $3k you're able to knock-out two IFVs / APCs and a single light vic without returning to main to rearm. Compared to the price of most vehicles, thats a crazy risk-to-reward ratio money wise.

It is extremely cost effective to run around with 2 HATs at all times - just in case you happen to run into enemy armor. As a result fewer people use expensive vehicles, which leads to less variaty between matches.

Is it possible to do a little rebalancing? A few ideas that spring to mind are:
- Decrease the max amount of HATs players can have at a time.
- Make the HATs pricier.
- Make the HATs exponentially increase in price with each additional rocket purchased.

I want to make it clear that I'm not against infantry being able to kill vics, quite the contrary. INF should absolutely be able to kill all sorts of vics on their own. I also don't want the mod to turn into a money grindfest like ARMA 3 KOTH, in which everything was way too expensive. I just feel that as of right now the deck is heavily stacked in favor of INF.
