Missing Material fabricator
I want to search Fabricator: Elerium. It requriements: Research material fabricator. But I cant find it in my research list.

You have to research the food fabricator to unlock the research for material fabricator. (thats vanilla setting)
I dont have food fabricator for research.

My available research:
chew root oil
healing balm
fuel mixing
Fabricator: elerium
amored turret
experimental turret
ultimate turret
Sciences
sleep training
quantum gravity
veggie armor

All others I researched.

Do you use any mod that can conflct with the "unlock for all scenarios" setting?

I tested it with just this mod, everything works fine.

At the start of the game you can see the requirements for "fabricator matrixes", which unlocks the food fabricator.

If you can't see it, i bet there is a mod conflict.
I disabled all mods, I use only this one. I restarted this map, but I dont see the food fabricator or fabricator matrixes in the research list. I have only nanotubes printing, printing component, meat printing. I will try with another map.
So, I started a new game with new map. Here I see the fabricator matrix in the research list.
Doesn't this depend on the seed-words?

The seed has no effect on unlocking research, you can only set which maps each type of content can be used on.

The scenario doesn't matter either, since it is unlocked for each one.

If there aren't too many, can you tell me which mods you use?

I still think it's an incompatibility with another mod.
These mods were enabled when there was no fabricator matrix:
SAD_Commonlib
Insects Level up All Species
Expanded Dawn (ENG)
Glacius
Alba

It's the Glacius Mod which conflicts, food fabricator is only allowed in the military outpost szenario.
A simple fix for yourself should be as followed:

Open the Glacius mod in the mod editor, this creates a local copy.

Look for the entry "Change property FoodGenerating.AllowedInScenarios" and delete it, save and test again.

If it works, have fun, if not, delete the local copy (just delete the mod in the mod editor) and your game is like before.

I took a closer look again, Glacius also overwrites the prerequisite for the fabricator matrix, as well as the recipes for the food fabricator and later the construction of the material fabricator, as well as the research of fuel and silicon for it.

To make the mod (theoretically) compatible, 6 more entries would have to be deleted, otherwise it works only in military outpost.

Must be deleted altogether:

Change property FoodGenerating_Chefs.AllowedInScenarios
Change property FoodGenerating_Tasty.AllowedInScenarios
Change property IndustrialGenerator.AllowedInScenarios

Change property IndustrialGenerator_Silicon.AllowedInScenarios
