Their heat resistance is sometimes lowering, some of my survivors have something like +20°C of heat resistance, without any armor
That happens since i unlocked the Temperature: Adjustement, tech
I also use Project-X but i don't think they conflict in this situation
EDIT : I found the exact issue, when an armor they wear breaks, they keep the bonus, it's not from the tech then, i will also report the same to the Project-X's reupload dev to see if they think it's from Project-X, after all they sometimes wear the Carbon 2.0 armor of Project-X

I changed one of Marco's abilities in the last patch.
The 50% speed buff on everything doesn't seem to be working as intended, so I'll have to rework it.

I noticed what I think is a bug with the Alien Teleporter. I was trying to sell just insect meat but I noticed the service bot was taking Animal fats, Vegetable Oil, dried meats and Insect meat.
I filled 1000 storage spaces with food, and after 25 runs, the insect meat had dropped from 2500 to 0. No other food items were used.
In the recipe, you can select which foods can be used. Have you disabled everything except insect meat?
Edit: I loaded an earlier save and they are taking the extra items. I can upload a save game if you like.
Edit 2: Carrying on with my playthrough and it started happening again.
Only insect meat was used.
Are there any other jobs in the queue that require the corresponding resources?
Or are you using any mods that change recipes or raw materials in general?
I'll take another look at it tomorrow, maybe there's something in the recipe.

It is happening with other items I have tried in the raw food trade option, they will take incorrect items before finally taking the correct item. Doesn't always happen and sometimes it works properly.
I've tried a few of the other trading options and they seem to work OK. Trading animal fats, vegetable oil, hay and synthetic armour without any problems. I've not tried the cooked food trade option yet.
It's a bit weird and potentially one of the mods could be causing this but not sure which one.
I think it's the recipe itself, as it allows for a group of resources.
(The raw food group is from the base game).
I've now experienced the same effect with more than one storage.
It seems that if the raw foods are distributed across multiple storages, raw foods that are generally suitable for the recipe are delivered to the teleporter.
However, the exchange only takes place when the desired food is available, and all others ARE NOT CONSUMED!
I had a few storages with a total of 8400 raw food items, including 400 insect meat. During the exchange, 600 food items were once packed into the teleporter, and the supply shrank from 8200 to 7600. After the trade was completed, 100 rations of insect meat were used and the rest was unpacked again.
At least not everything seems to be consumed, which is a good thing.
If possible, please check whether the food ends up back in your storage.
If in doubt, I'd have to remove the recipe and consider what to do instead.
Yes it's good they are not being consumed and I can live with this minor issue.

Maybe I'll just add recipes for each single raw food.
But that will take a while. This mod is basically finished, but there are still some additions and at least a translation in progress.
