It's actually unplayable and its making me upset, what is this main menu?

the fact that this mod replaces background image does not mean necessarily that it makes your game stuck. Could be something else.

Go to /zomboid/mods folder and edit default.txt file to disable mods and see if it helps

in my case it was an issue with a mod called improved hair menu, after removing it things went smooth as always

Excuse me, can you explain more detail where i can disable mods? Because i really cant find default.txt file and information about it on web :/

Just go to where your game is installed. By default I think its:

C:\Users\your_username\Zomboid\mods\default.txt
or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Zomboid\mods\default.txt

and just delete everything so you see:

mods
{
}

Then your default mods will be deleted, but this is only required if one of the mods is stopping the game from loading past the title screen.

If you just want to delete mods from a save you have started already just click on "load" then your saved game then "more" then "choose mods" and then you can choose which ones to enable/disable.

What are you trying to achieve?
