So it seems when a death animation is played when a bandit is falling over. They convert into zombies. If a zombie kills a bandit through biting, then the bandit does not turn into a zombie, instead they remain dead on the ground.

I have tried infection through bites and everyone is infected. It didnt seem to change anything.
