stealing NPC moving vehicles
I know its a very limited system. But is there anyway we can take/steal a npc driven vehicle? I did it once a few months ago when week one first came out and didnt have any issues with the vehicle. Now it seems the driver will infinitely respawn instantly when they die.


So its pretty easy to stack police bodies. Even if its just clothes. Just smash a window and fire a weapon.

dude how are you killing them in the first place my melee and my guns dont even hit anything I cant target inside the cars?
