Then delete or backup "BWOTelevision" folder.
If this doesn't work, it's because workshop is trying to overwrite your changes by adding files back, in which case you'll need to transfer the entire mod to local mod folder, unsub from the workshop mod and enable the local install.

If at some point I find a proper solution I'll share it. For now all I've managed is to find the script file bwo_sounds_television.txt, and the sound files. The script file is "module Bandits" so it's possible it may be something in the Bandits mod I need to find, but I'm not certain yet. When I have more time I'll see if I can find a proper solution and post here if I do, but I work a lot so it may take some time.
