Specifically noticed in West Point, not sure if it impacts other places but during my playthroughs when I would head to loot the West Point gun store there would be two shirtless NPC's with M16's or M14's who would shoot me as soon as I'd walk behind the counter, even if three months into the apocalypse. I was able to just kill them, exit to the menu, load back and they'd be there again and I was able to farm them for ammo on another playthrough. Pretty sure it's the same bug as the military guys at the gates, used to kill them for their ammo on reloads.

Not sure if it's because I was just updating an old save, I have no other mods so it shouldn't be the issue.
