[B42] Week One NPC

My first experience: 10/10
For some reason, my "babe" was a grungy looking man (I am also playing a man), so I typed, "Hey," and he replied, "Hey there."
So I typed, "Are you my friend?" To which he replied, "I don't really know you that well." I then asked him, "Is this my house?" He replied ominously, "It's my house now!" So I shoved him to the floor, curb-stomped his skull until it squirted, looted his cash, then dragged his corpse into the laundry room and shut the door. As I drove about town in my car, looking for the gas station, people commented on my bloody clothes, which, being zoomed way out, totally slipped my mind. I then went back home, and awkwardly stepped around his corpse to do the wash.

Later, as I was filling my gas tank, I couldn't help wondering if I should have asked him if I had sold him the house, and if my preemptive attack was unwarranted. "Am I a murderer?" I asked myself. The evening of the next day, 3 guys in track suits were trying to get into my garage. Fortunately, I had enough sense to lock all the doors before going to bed. I heard them shouting to me, "We just want your stuff, not your life! Open up!"

As you probably guessed, I don't respond well to threats. I opened my front door, came around the side of the house, and dropped all 3 of them with my 9mm, using a whole mag. As I looted their corpses - scoring an additional two 9mm handguns and 9 full mags, and dragged them off the driveway into the grass, I thought about how I had no regrets about killing them. None whatsoever. Totally justified shooting. I then wondered if it was because my first kill desensitized me, or, was it because the first murder was unjustified?

I honestly have had few games ever make me question my actions in this way, to the point I woke up IRL the next day thinking about it, that it really bothered me I didn't further ask the guy in the house to leave, or if I had sold him the house. 10/10, get this mod!

Thanks for your story. Was nice to read. I watched some streams and people differently approach the mod and have different stories to tell. Most people start with a believe that they will be good citizen and it works but only for a brief moment.

The attention to detail in this mod really shows it's a labor of love.
I really love that the profession you chose is more than just a stat block now, and really makes the game feel incredibly immersive. I can tell you've put a ton of effort into it. Keep up the amazing work! Definitely worth sending a gratuity!

Edit:
Tried sending you $10, but apparently Ko-fi doesn't like my address. :(
