Imo when the nukes drop there would ideally be a script that removes all CDC fliers on the ground, since by that point if you haven't picked one up from either event you aren't likely to bother doing so.

I actually put the flier in the delete item black list in the sandbox options. It deletes all the fliers in the game if they are on the ground, not just the CDC Fliers. But at least it worked.
